ROYAL GORGE

Here you see Zach and me standing on the Royal Gorge Bridge over the Arkansas river, 1000 feet below. Apparently this bridge holds the title of the highest suspension bridge in the world. The bridge has about 1/2" of space between the wooden planks in the deck, so that if you look straight down, you can see the river as you walk. We stayed in the KOA Campground close by.
